Woodwise identifies likely wood species from a photo and provides practical woodworking guidance. If something is not working as expected, contact us and we will help.

Purchases and subscriptions

You can restore an existing purchase from the Woodwise paywall using Restore Purchases. Subscriptions can be viewed or canceled in your Apple Account subscription settings. Only the yearly subscription includes a 7-day free trial.

Photo identification

For the best result, use a clear, well-lit photo that shows the grain. Wood identification is an estimate; confirm safety-, food-, or value-critical decisions with a trusted reference.
