Woodwise identifies likely wood species from a photo and provides practical woodworking guidance. If something is not working as expected, contact us and we will help.

Email woodwise.support@gmail.com. Please include your device model, iOS version, and a short description of the problem. We normally respond within two business days.

Purchases and subscriptions

You can restore an existing purchase from the Woodwise paywall using Restore Purchases. Subscriptions can be viewed or canceled in your Apple Account subscription settings. Eligible new subscribers can receive a 7-day free trial on the yearly subscription.

Photo identification

For the best result, use a clear, well-lit photo that shows the grain. Wood identification is an estimate; confirm safety-, food-, or value-critical decisions with a trusted reference.
